The food of Christmas is always a terrible disappointment to me. As a vegetarian the turkey doesn't appeal. I don't drink so brandy sauce is unappealing. I'll never understand the love for bread sauce. And dried fruit? Don't get me started on how much I dislike that, so Christmas Cake and Christmas Pudding is out the window. Thank goodness for Yule Log, because I DO love chocolate!
However, all that said, I think that these Christmas Puddings look delicious! They're definitely cute, if a pudding can be cute?
Each pudding is cut from brown felt, then some white felt 'sauce' is stitched atop that and then little black seed beads take the place of the little currants, all sewn on by hand. Once the puddings have been sewn together and stuffed, pairs of green felt holly leaves are handsewn to the top of each pudding with a couple of red beads for those glossy berries. Once complete the puddings are sewn onto fresh white bias binding.
This set of bunting has 10 puddings and each pudding measures approximately 8cm/3" in diameter.
This set of bunting measures approximately 251cm/99", which includes a 50cm blank length at each end to accommodate wherever you want to hang it and is finished with a hanging loop at each end.
Each set of bunting is attractively packaged to keep it safe and sound on its journey to your home.
